TOOLING MANUFACTURING

We design and produce our tooling by NC and CNC machines.

METAL MANUFACTURING

Metal formation, welding and surface sanding are being processed to prepare to vulcanisation. Application of Rubber-metal bonding agents.

MIXTURE MANUFACTURING

We prepare mixtures according to customer request. Mixtures are pre-form before vulcanization to reduce waste cosy according to tooling design and shape.

VULCANIZATION

Rubber compound and metal parts are converted in to products with hydraulic presses.

RUBBER LABORATORY

Mixtures are controlled by laboratory equipments to maintain standart quality. Our products are tested using compression and tensile machine to be sure about rubber bonding quality and stiffness.
